Jewel showed up at her foster mom's doorstep severely malnourished while clearly nursing a nearby litter. After a few days of good food and reassurance, she led her rescuer to her kittens living under a dilapidated trailer. Jewel is a wonderful mother to her kittens and is extremely protective over them. Jewel loves to be around people and loves pets and attention. She will follow you around quietly but is playful with her kittens chasing them and teaching them to hunt with her favorite toys. Jewel would do best as an only cat or adopted with one or both of her kittens, Jasper and Jax. She is lovely and is looking for her furever home.
Adoption Process
Adopt to indoor-only homes and no declawing.
All cats over 4 months of age are spayed or neutered before adoption;
cats under 4 months old are adopted with a voucher for spay /neuter as kittens need their fvrcp series before entering clinics for surgery to avoid parvo.
Contract gives right to home visit, rehoming, kitten spay by date, no declaw.
Minimum adoption fee donation is $65 adults and $75 kittens and includes spay/neuter, utd on shots, microchip.
