MediumMeet Amour, the fluffy gray adolescent! Amour came to the Shelter as a stray from a property where there were lots of cats showing up. Staff have observed that she is friendly, easy to handle and gravitates towards peopleâs hands for scritches and attention. She is tolerant of being held and carried as well. Amour may do well in a home with other animals after a slow, thoughtful introduction. She may enjoy access to the outdoors after a period of acclimation and supervison. Well, thatâs Amour! Come in to fall in love yourself. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
