Meet Fall Food: Pecan Pie

The Fall Food Kittens are 10 week old kittens who were rescued from a shelter at about 3 weeks old. They are the most human-bonded kittens their foster has met, and she's worked with many dozen kittens! All stay physically close to humans, and enjoy the company of almost everyone they have met. This is also true of the two dogs and multitude of adult cats they have met.   They are quite easy going. They have been on a relatively flexible schedule, especially as they grow and their needs change. They mostly eat a morning, mid day, and late dinner meal. They sleep and spend some time in a modest sized room, but romp around the rest of the house part of the day, where they focus on follow their foster mom, or hanging with the 60lb dog. All of these cats will want a home with plenty of human companionship and would love to be with another cat or dog.  The kittens have some unique characteristics: Sweet Potato: he  is a goofy, clown-like, sweet big boy who plays all the time. When he gets tired, he's likely to snuggle up against a human, or a sister. He is very much an orange cat—IYKYK! What you see is what you get in this adorable pile of sweetness. Pecan Pie: She is a very smart girl, figuring out complicated new toys and new situations very quickly. She learned very quickly that adult cats need time to get to know her, too. She is sometimes a shoulder cat, and sometimes, she sits along side her friends. She enjoys luxury, especially a huge, plush cat bed. She might present as less outgoing to some people at first, but it's her social awareness that she uses to get others to like her. She loves to take in the world around her. Apple Cider: This girl is a sweet and mellow love bug. Her favorite place to be is her foster's shoulder, where she falls asleep. She knows who and what she loves. Every time she is let out of her private room, she RUNS to her favorite 60lb dog, so she can rub up to her muzzle. She plays very smartly and safely with the dog, and she is fairly fearless, with a zest for life. The Fall Food Kittens have been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped and are ready for their furever home/s!

Adoption Process
We require an application from anyone who is interested in adopting. Then we require a phone interview, followed by a meeting in person. Then if the animal is a match, we have a contract and our adoption fee which is $400.
