Meet Arwen
Meet Arwen - she’s a tabby with captivating gold eyes and a bold personality to match. This regal beauty knows exactly what she wants: attention, cuddles, and a loyal subject (that’s you!) to adore her. Arwen is the ultimate sidekick—whether you’re reading, watching TV, or working from home, she’ll be right there with you, purring contentedly and making biscuits. She’s playful, inquisitive, and full of classic cat charm with just the right amount of diva energy. She is a big fan of catnip toys and laser pointers. Arwen loves to perch on her cat tree, surveying her kingdom like the queen she is. She also enjoys being held and is very confident meeting new people. We estimate Arwen is about 3 years old. She is being fostered with her good friend Merlin . Arwen is used to having other cats around, but she could also be happy being a solo cat and center of attention. Arwen is comfortable with her foster family’s calm dog. Kitty Bio #5681JP-Ar. If you're interested in adopting this or another of our cats, please fill out our adoption questionnaire at icraeastbay.org/adopt/how-to/.
Adoption Process
Potential adopters pick out a cat or kitten and fill out an application. There will be a short interview with one of our volunteers. Adoptions do not happen same day. We will arrange a time to visit your home and the foster parents and a volunteer will meet there.
Our adoption fee structure is:
Cats and kittens (under 8 years): $100
Cats (over 8 years): $75
Two cats adopted together: Full amount of the higher fee, half the amount of the lower or same fee. For example: a kitten and a cat (under 8) would be $100.00 + 50.00 = $150.00
We require that all cats be kept indoor only. We have an adoption contract.
