Personality Lugh is very playful. He's super gentle with people, never using his claws when he paw-fights. And he loves to wrestle with his foster-mates. He's not shy and he's welcomed meeting new people and cats. He enjoys curling up in people laps and in a sunny window. He's still finding his voice. So far he's well versed in getting attention, but his meow is very quiet. This kitty has what sort of characteristics?
