Meet Liberty Bell Pepper

This red hot mama of countless litters of kittens is more than ready to get her groove back! Liberty Bell Pepper was rescued from the roof of a grocery store, where she and her six newborn kittens (one of many litters she’s had) were fending for themselves. Now, with all her bouncing kittens off to foster, she's spayed and ready to play! This calico mama just melts in your arms, and loves a good chin scritch. She’ll remind you when it’s time for wet food (don’t worry, she will), and she loves to blow off steam with a nice catnip toy. Always responsible with her scratching, she goes straight for the post every time, and even cooperates when it’s time for nail clipping! Mostly, we’re excited to see this sweetheart blossom when she finally has the place all to herself, no kittens to mind. Just don’t run the vacuum cleaner without expecting some feedback… Liberty Bell was diagnosed with a heart murmur so would ideally receive an echocardiogram -- we're happy to arrange this at a rescue rate for her adopters.
