Our mission is to "Rescue One By One Until There Are None." Through this mission we will rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome orphaned pets. We aim to provide a loving, nurturing environment for all the animals in our care. We are committed to helping each individual pet find his or her perfect companion.We are dedicated to being a no-kill rescue. We are committed to saving as many lives as we can and providing the best possible environment for the pets in our care. We are a team of experienced and compassionate people that are willing to go above and beyond to ensure our success. Our focus will be on rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of dogs and cats. We will rescue from our community, the Southern United States as well as the Cayman Islands. We will offer a variety of programs and services to the community to make pet ownership easier and more affordable for the public. Our education programs are incredibly important to the community and will help pave the way for the future of animal rescue. The wide variety of services and programs we will offer the community will set us apart and allow us to truly make a difference. We will be one of the few no-kill rescues in the area, we will only euthanize for terminal illness or loss of quality of life. We plan to intake and adopt out about 1,000 dogs and cats per year. We will collaborate with other shelters and rescues in the area to work together towards a similar goal.

Birthdate:  03/28/2018Breed: One of a kindIf there isn't a support group for those of us addicted to seriously handsome orange tabbys, someone needs to get on it!  In the meantime, spend some time with SLICK!  If you've already said (in your head) "Slick Rick", you're not alone.  His deep orange stripes against a pair of emerald eyes will send you to your happy orange place, but it's his gentle, vulnerable nature that makes us want him even more.  Coming from a home with just short of a dozen other cats, he'll be an easy fit with other social felines and we love seeing him allowing us into his circle of trust.  If he has any "shortcomings'" it would be a tail that's adorably short.  So, La di da di - we like to pawty - but Slick hits every beat of our hearts.   The rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out.
