Meet Pilgrim

Pilgrim is a sweet, affectionate Maine Coon mix who's good with other cats and would make a loving companion. This gorgeous young cat was found outside in Dumbo by a good samaritan who helped us help him. Upon arrival, he was hungry, filthy and very very thin, but so friendly! He is now a stunner since being inside and enjoying regular meals. The pics really don't do him justice, but we will take new ones soon! It's always shocking the transformation that can take place in cats in a short time, with just some love and care. We guess Pilgrim was dumped because he wasn't fixed and it is very, very hard to get reasonably priced spay/neuter appointments in the city. Now, he is neutered and ready for a wonderful furrever home! Pilgrim is probably about 7 months old, neutered, microchipped, fiv-/felv-, has been treated for fleas and parasites and is up to date on all vaccines. As a gorgeous Maine Coon mix, Pilgrim's adoption fee is $250. If you would like to schedule a meet & greet, please go to our application here: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/. Make sure you click on the name of the cat (Pilgrim), then identify the RESCUER and fill out the form! Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to saving the next homeless angel on the street.

Adoption Process
We have an adoption application, an adoption fee to help us recoup a small portion of our vet bills and expenses and an adoption agreement.
