Meet Poco

Aside from being very handsome, Poco is a happy, energetic, and playful kitten. He is what one might consider a "wild and crazy" guy. Poco was a rescue from the street at about 4 weeks old and suffered from serious eye infections. Due to good medical care and a nurturing family, his eyesight was saved. He was fostered in a home with dogs and cats, and gets along well with others. Because of his rambunctious play, Poco will do best in a home with experienced pet owners. It would be best if Poco goes to a home without small children. Poco  was born around September 13, 2024, and is currently being fostered in Thomaston. He is fixed, has received his rabies and first distemper shots, is microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.

Adoption Process
Visit our website to fill out an application either on-line or download a form (fill it out and email it back to us). This will start the adoption process. All applicants must provide references including a vet (please give them permission to speak to us). Note that we do not place our pets in homes with children under 5, this protects the children and our pets. Once references are checked a home visit will be scheduled and then a meet and greet with the pet.
