Ready to invite some vampire charm into your house? Meet Laszlo, the cat who’s equal parts charming rogue and playful mischief-maker—just like his namesake from What We Do in the Shadows! At 5 years old, Laszlo is a dashing gentleman of leisure who will absolutely insist on your attention with a polite paw tap or a melodramatic meow. Petting is mandatory; resistance is futile. Laszlo’s hobbies include gleefully chasing catnip toys (or “tiny squeaking familiars”), exploring his surroundings like he’s scouting the best spot for a séance, and perfecting his lounge pose to better hypnotize you into giving him treats. While Laszlo hasn’t had much interaction with his foster family’s other cats or dog, he seems intrigued by their existence. With a mindful introduction, we think he’d fit right in with other pets. He’s also open to serving as the “cat overlord” in a single-pet household—whichever suits his vampire whims. Laszlo would prefer a home with respectful older kids who understand that even the most charming vampires need a break from time to time. When overstimulated, he’ll let you know with a playful nip (he promises not to transform you, though). So if you’re ready to welcome a charismatic and cheeky vampire into your life, Laszlo is waiting to sweep you off your feet—cape and fangs not included.
