Hi, I'm Dora! My mom was a farm cat for the ag program at a local high school who had me and my siblings during Hurricane Milton. I was always off exploring and never wanted to stay by my mom's side, so a teacher named me Dora the Explorer! A lady from Sheltering Hands got my mom and my aunt spayed, and I waited my turn until I was old enough. When she took me home to recover from surgery, she got to see how sweet and spunky I can be, and she knew I'd be a great cat for someone out there! Now, I'm here and waiting for someone who is ready to add me to their household! Is it you? Come meet me! Likes: Wet food, chin scratches, and shoelaces & strings of any kind. Dislikes: Being held too long and belly rubs. Adoption Process
Pre-adoption form with consent to run background check on all individuals over 18 in household. Includes vet check for animals in household to be spay/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Agree to no declaw and indoor cat. Background check usually takes 24-48 hours. Home visit and delivery of cat. Adoption contract. Cats $40 and Kittens $50 includes Spay/Neuter, microchip, vaccinations including rabies.
