Saving Livy Cat Rescue

Saving Livy Cat Rescue all began with the love of all animals and saving Livy from the hood of our car at 2 1/2 weeks old in the parking lot of a supermarket. She saved us more than we saved her + because of saving Livy, we won't stop till we do our best daily to try and save all the cats. We are driven by the desire to make the world a better place for all cats and kittens. We do it all: trapping feral stray cats on the street for TNR in our own colonies or those of people who are unable to do so themselves, fostering orphaned kittens in need to vet them for their furever homes and more. Our hearts are in this. We live to rescue. One cat at a time. Our ultimate Saving Livy Cat Rescue expansion goal is to purchase property that allows us to open a facility with shelter capability. Our prospective facility would need a plethora of veterinary care/medical equipment for intake of felines in need (i.e., surrendered or stray cats, orphaned kittens, mama with neonatal kittens, recouperating feral cats from sterilization surgery, etc.) in the Deltona area within the next year. Having an additional rescue space would reduce the feline population, increase our ability to help the people who contact us and decrease the amount of times we have to say no.

Meet Nanpire

Meet the Vampires! Rescued from a TNR colony, this litter of kittens is about 3 weeks old and already bursting with personality! Each one has their own unique charm, and they’re stealing our hearts.‍ Nanpire (aka Nani)Nanpire is a short-haired classic tabbico, and her unique swirls of brown, beige, and orange make her look like a work of art. Nani is the epitome of love and affection, often demanding snuggle time by reaching out with her little paws. Her favorite activity? Being carried like a baby! She’ll stretch out her long, ferret-like body and settle into your arms for ultimate comfort. Despite her love for attention, she’s also playful, running after toys and exploring her surroundings with a sense of wonder. Nani’s endless affection makes her an ideal companion for families or anyone seeking unconditional love:‍ VampirinaThis gorgeous long-haired tortoiseshell is the shy beauty of the group. Vampirina has a quiet, reserved nature but surprises you with her moments of spunky playfulness. She loves to observe from a safe spot before jumping into the action, making her the perfect balance of independent and curious. Vampirina’s big, expressive eyes seem to hold a world of secrets, and her soft, fluffy coat is impossible to resist. She’s a cuddle enthusiast who loves gentle, quiet moments—perfect for anyone seeking a sweet and calm companion.‍ WebsterThe only boy of the bunch, Webster is a long-haired brown tabby with an adventurous spirit and a heart full of love. He’s packed with personality, from his quirky habit of suckling (on your neck or even his own fur!) to his snuggle-bug tendencies. Webster thrives on close contact, often curling up in your arms or stretching out next to you for naps. His gentle nature makes him a perfect fit for homes with kids, other cats, and even dogs. Webster is always ready to play, but his favorite moments are the quiet ones where he can simply be close to his human. He’s truly one-of-a-kind, with a soulful charm you’ll fall in love with instantly. These kittens aren’t just cute—they’re incredibly adaptable! They’re cuddly and playful, and they’ve already shown they’re great with kids, cats, and dogs of all ages and sizes.Their mama was a warrior who cared for them until they were weaned, thanks to a wonderful colony caretaker who temporarily fostered her and her babies. After her spay, Mama Cat returned to her outdoor home, helping break the cycle of unwanted litters. Now these little ones are safe and ready to grow into healthy, happy cats. Stay tuned for updates as they settle into foster care and show us their true colors. Thank you to everyone who supports our efforts in saving lives and giving these babies a bright future.
