Ayla's Acres No-Kill Animal Rescue

We are tackling the problem one animal at a time. Ayla’s Acres No-Kill Animal Rescue is a St. Augustine, Florida-based 501(c)(3) supporting adoption, spay and neuter, and responsible care of animals. Along with education, outreach, and adoption and fostering programs, Ayla’s Acres also maintains a 45-acre sanctuary where “unadoptable” animals may live out their lives with peace, love, and dignity.

Meet Nala Girl

Nala Girl is a pretty brown tabby rescued from the beach with her brother and sister.  She loves to chase balls and play with dangly toys and is good about interacting one on one once she gets to know you.   All Ayla's cats must be indoor only and declawing is not allowed.   A home visit is required and there is a small adoption fee.  If you are interested in adopting this pretty girl, please go to Aylasacres.org and submit an adoption application. 

Adoption Process
1. Adoption application - requesting background as pet parent, 3 non-family member references and vet reference. 2. If app is approved - Phone interview to understand what type of pet the applicant is looking for. 3. Meet and greet - We facilitate a meet at the applicant's home. 4. If meet goes well - The applicant signs and Adoption Agreement.
