Meet Edwina

 Hi there--I'm Edwina. I'm a grey and white girl kitty who is 3 years old. Unfortunately, I'm not new to the shelter. I was adopted by some people who wanted to be my furever family, and I loved being part of a family! But they had a small baby, and I tried to play with them. That made my new family nervous, and even though no one got hurt, they didn't feel comfortable with me any more. So now I'm back here, hoping and praying that I will have a REAL furever family in time for Christmas. I promise I'm a sweet girl who loves to curl up for pets, and I do like to play! Maybe I'm not the right kitty for you if you have a small kid or other pets, but I hope the right person finds me soon. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
