Meet Lyra!    Lyra is a short-haired tortie with white. She is 2 years old and was born on 4/14/2022 in foster care. She’s got a unique, interesting personality. She has a hyper-independent personality and is always doing her own thing. She isn’t cuddly but is affectionate. She loves to be petted on her terms. She is very reactive if you startle her so this is important to know before considering adoption. She will scratch if you surprise her. She was born in foster and we have seen her personality blossom when she’s given time and patience to become comfortable. We highly recommend another cat in the home. She loves people and once she bonds to people, she is very relaxed around you. If you’re willing to be patient and give her endless love and patience she would make a great companion for you. Adoption Process
We have a 1 page adoption form. We do home visits on all of our dogs. Our adoption fee is $80.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. That includes spay/neuter and vaccines.
