We are a non-profit animal shelter ran by animal loving volunteers. We are a no kill shelter. We spay and neuter all our pets before adopting out. Our goal here is to return lost pets to their owners, find homes for those who have none, and promote compassionate treatment of animals everywhere.

Meet Pippin

Say hello to Pippin, a sweet and gentle 14-year-old boy with a heart full of love. This adorable senior cat may be a bit shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate nature shines through. Pippin has been in our care for nearly four months, and while he started off as a master hider, he’s gradually come out of his shell and now spends most of his time lounging on his cozy bed. Personality: Pippin is a kind soul who thrives in a calm environment. His shy demeanor means he may take a little while to settle into a new home, but patience and love will reward you with a loyal companion. He enjoys gentle interactions and loves being brushed. Ideal Home: Pippin would do best in a quiet home where he can enjoy the serenity of his surroundings. A patient adopter who understands that it may take time for him to adjust would be perfect. He may appreciate the company of older, calm pets or even a single-person household where he can be the focus of your affection. Health: Pippin is currently healthy and ready to find a forever home where he can enjoy his golden years. Are You the One for Pippin? If you’re looking for a gentle and loving companion who just needs a little extra time to trust, Pippin might be the perfect fit for you! Come meet him and see if you can give this sweet boy the loving home he deserves.  Pippin came in with a younger kitty named Lion who is also here at the shelter.
