Meet Luckiboy – The Resilient and Loving Social Butterfly!Luckiboy is a stunning gray-blue kitty with striking golden eyes and a heart full of love. His name is no coincidence—he was lucky enough to be rescued from the streets where he was surviving as a stray near a gas station. Luckily, he was rescued right before the last cold snap! Now, he’s embracing the good life indoors, discovering the joys of soft blankets, tasty wet food, and endless affection from his humans.Luckiboy is incredibly social and craves attention. He loves being near people and would do best in a home where his humans are around often. Luckiboy would be happiest in a home with another active cat or two to wrestle and play with! He fits in well with other cats, adapting to their personalities and engaging in fun roughhousing. Despite being in a home with three resident mama’s boys, he holds his own during cuddle time and joins them all in bed for snuggles at night. If he were to be a solo cat, he’d need plenty of playtime and affection from his people to keep him entertained.This friendly boy is also a great fit for a home with kids—as long as they understand cat behavior and respect his boundaries. He enjoys being pet but can be particular about how it’s done, and he’s not shy about letting you know when he’s had enough.Luckiboy has a playful and independent streak too! He goes absolutely bonkers over toys and bottle caps, sometimes entertaining himself with zoomies and solo play sessions. He also loves batting at bird toys, swatting at his ball tower, and watching the world go by from his window perch. But, when he’s not entertaining himself, he’s more than happy to curl up next to his people, even resting his head on their leg for comfort.Adaptable, affectionate, and full of personality, Luckiboy is ready to find his forever home where he can thrive. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
