Marty Domestic Shorthair, Born in February 2018, Tuxedo, Neutered male, Fiv+ Marty is FIV+. Learn More Hey there, I’m Marty – a tall, gentle giant with a big heart and an even bigger appetite! I’m a hungry boy who loves food almost as much as I love attention. When I’m not scouting out the best spots to watch the world go by from my favorite window, I’m probably dreaming of my next meal! I’ve got plenty to say and love chatting with anyone who’ll listen. Whether it’s about food, life, or just enjoying some snuggles, I’m always up for a good conversation. I’m FIV positive, but that doesn’t slow me down one bit! I’m still the sweet, friendly, well-behaved guy you see here, ready to bring some joy into your life. I may have been surrendered, but it wasn’t because of anything I did – I’m just looking for a loving home where I can share my big, gentle heart. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who’ll keep you company through thick and thin, I’m your guy! Adoption Process
Our adoption process has evolved from many years of experience. The goal of our adoption counselors is to make a good match between animal and family. We get to know each cat or dog's unique personality and different needs. If a specific dog, for example, has large amounts of energy and needs lots of space to run, it is unlikely that he would meet the needs of a person who works long hours and would be unable to exercise the dog. It would be a mismatch that would be bad for dog and human alike. Our adoption counselors look forward to working with you to help you find the right pet for your home.
