Meet Hedy

Hedy (named after the famous Hedy Lamarr) has the most beautiful green eyes and soft grey fur. She is a sweet and talkative girl who enjoys high view points and looking out windows. Hedy is a social girl, she enjoys the company of people and likes to talk to you. She has the funniest way of meowing - she practically sticks her tongue out when she meows! Hedy is ok with other cats (she mostly ignores them), but would probably prefer being an only cat if at all possible. She will happily climb in your lap and snuggle the day away with her people. Hedy enjoys both kibble and wet food, she is not a picky eater at all. She loves to play with wand toys as well as balls and toy mice. 

Adoption Process
the first step in our process is an application. The questions on the application are designed to determine if the pet would be a good fit in this home. We contact the applicant’s veterinarian to verify they have a good history of previous (or current) pet care. We meet the applicant at Petsmart or at their home to allow them to interact with the pet they are interested in adopting. If all goes well the adoption is finalized. We have an adoption contract, requiring regular vet care, indoor homes, return to us if it doesn’t work out, etc. Our dog adoption fee is $175, cats range from $80 for older cats to $125 for kittens
