Hello there! My name is Ada, and I’m an affectionate and playful young lady in search of my forever home. I’m a sweet girl with a love for adventure and independence, making me the purr-fect companion for someone who understands my unique personality. My Ideal Home: I thrive best as the only pet in the house. I love being the star of the show! I don't really like spending time with other cats, but I am fond of the kittens that I was in foster care with, Dunkin and Donuts. I could adjust to a home with another cat if I need to, but I do better with kittens than older cats.  I’m independent and enjoy my alone time, but I do appreciate spending quiet cuddly moments with my humans. I’d do well in a home with children, as long as they understand cat behavior and respect my boundaries. I would thrive in a quiet and calm home where I can relax and feel safe! I am really not a fan of dogs! They scare me I could maybe get used a small, gentle dog if I had to but I'd need a slow introduction and a lot of patience from you.  What I Love: Playing with balls, toy mice, and chasing the elusive laser pointer. Watching the world through the window—it’s my personal cat TV! Climbing to the highest places I can find. My superpower is reaching great heights, literally! A Few Important Details: I absolutely adore wet food! It’s important for me to have wet food in my diet since I don’t like drinking water on my own. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
