Rescue Tails Animal Welfare

I am the founder and President of Rescue Tails Animal Welfare. I pull the dogs, get the vetted, adopted and run the show. I do it because I have a passion for animals and have grown up around rescue animals in need.

Meet Stripe

Meet Stripes! This 3-month-old kitten has a big heart and lots of love to give! She’s incredibly affectionate and enjoys being around people, dogs, and other cats. Her playful, curious, and active nature makes her an entertaining and lively companion. And when playtime is over, she’s more than happy to cuddle up and share some cozy moments. Fully vetted, she has been spayed, dewormed, vaccinated (age-appropriate), microchipped, and is FIV/FELV negative. Her adoption donation is $175.00. She is on the hunt for her own completely committed family. Cats can live to be 25 years old, so she wants to be sure all applicants will stick with her for better or for worse! PLEASE NOTE: Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs! This pairing is for proper socialization and to prevent single kitten syndrome. This is as much for the kitten’s future as it is for yours. She is under 6 months old. We adopt in the local Chicago metro area. We require home visits. If you would like to apply to be considered as an adoption candidate, please fill out an application for adoption on our website at: https://www.rescuetailsanimalwelfare.org/info/adoption We are all volunteers with full-time jobs. We try to get back to all applicants within 72 hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at: [email protected]. If you aren’t looking to adopt but still would like to help, please consider a donation for her food, housing, and veterinary care. To donate, please visit: https://www.rescuetailsanimalwelfare.org

Adoption Process
We require a complete verified application, home visit, meet and greet . If all goes well we will do a trial sleepover before we finalize and open ended adoption so the adopter knows to return the pet back at any time if they can no longer care for it.
