Meet, Carminia! This beautiful tabby girl is at the Spencer County location. She loves playing with toys and finding the best hiding places for her cat naps. Carminia is looking for a foster home while she is waiting for her vetting to be completed. We do allow foster to adopt homes, so , if you fall in love and want to become a forever home, you will have priority for adoption consideration! If you can offer a temporary foster home, please complete a foster application at ITVrescue.org.All of our cats are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
