My name is Penelope and I'm looking for a forever home. My foster dad says I am a sweet girl and like to cuddle but I have rules! I do not like to be picked up and cuddled or held tightly. I will gladly take a seat on your lap or next to you and you can pet me all you want. But no hugging, putting me under the covers, in your jacket or smothering me with hugs. I live with other cats and a bunny. I like my bunny sister but when she comes to take my food away, I let her know that's not cool. I give her a little growl and hiss and she backs off. My cat siblings know better! I like to play with toys and want to play with my cat housemates, but they don't really want to play much. Bo-o-o-ring! I was born on 10/31/2024 in case you're wondering.
