It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.

Meet, Little Bit! Little Bit is a sweet girl that likes to climb up in your lap for cuddles. She has made several kitty friends here at the rescue and is a fan favorite when people come visit the cat room. If there is a lap, she will be in it. At just shy of a year, she is a very social butterfly that is just looking for the right home to spread her wings! If you're interested in Little Bit, please, submit an application at ITVrescue.org.All of our cats are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
