It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.

Meet Hilton, a playful male black kitten born in October 2024. Hilton was pulled from Evansville Animal Care and Control along with his mom and two littermates. He’s got an adventurous spirit and is ready to bring fun and love into your home.Young enough to adapt to any family, Hilton is excited to find his forever home where he can play, snuggle, and be loved.Apply to adopt Hilton at ITVrescue.org!All of our cats are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered.
