Dove was a part of a TNR project but during her recovery she realized how much she enjoyed being a pampered pet and decided she wanted to be a house cat now, we were of course happy to oblige her! Dove is shy at first but warms up quickly, especially for some scratches! She has a very laid back personality and gets along great with the other cats, so she will especially enjoy living with other feline companions. She has also been introduced to dogs and so far has done well with them, but will do best in an easy going home where she can have her own quiet space. Dove's adoption fee is $85 and includes her spay, microchip and current vaccines. Dove is seeking an indoor only home, if you would like to meet her please submit an adoption application through our website! Last Hope requires that all adopters have a history of having kept their pets altered, current on vaccines and preventatives and as indoor pets only. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
