100Meet Stevie
Stevie is a beautiful, symmetrically marked tuxedo girl. She is the perfect blend of independent, playful and affectionate. She immediately starts to purr when you talk to her, pet her or pick her up. And it's a loud purr! She loves playing with the other cats in her foster home. She has no trouble keeping up even though they are bigger. She was initially leary of the dogs in the house and would hiss, but after giving her time to adjust to them and making sure the dogs were using their manners, she isn't bothered by them anymore. She has a favorite blanket she loves to make biscuits and fall asleep on. She loves wand toys, catnip and wrestling and playing chase with the other cats in her foster home. She is especially fond of fellow foster kitty Lucky if you are considering adopting a pair! She really is just a perfectly happy kitten!! Stevie's adoption fee is $100 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations, and an FeLV test. Stevie is seeking an indoor only home and Last Hope requires all adopters have a history of keeping their pets altered and current on vaccinations/preventatives. Our adoption process includes a background check, vet history check, and a home visit. If you would like to meet or adopt Stevie please fill out an adoption application on our website, adopthope.org.
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
