Hi, my name is Goose, and I am the best big fat orange kitty you have ever met. I have 4 white feet, and the cutest face, and I am a very good boy. I’m only about 1 ½ years old, so I still have some kitten in me, -- I do love my toys -- but mostly I like to curl up and take a nap, or look at the birds out the window. The only thing is, I’m not a big fan of dogs. I don’t bite them, or scratch them, but I do tend to avoid them if possible – so for maximum “Goose-ness”, I would prefer a home without dogs. I am neutered, litter trained, and up to date on all my shots, so I’m ready to settle down and be YOUR best big fat orange kitty! The adoption fee for Goose is $85 and includes his neuter, current vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing and a microchip. Goose is seeking an indoor home only, if you would like to meet him please submit an adoption application through our website, Adopthope.org Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept any owned animals altered, as indoor pets only and kept current on vaccines and preventatives. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
