See Spot. See how cute he is! See Spot curled up on your lap, or chasing toys in your house – because he will do both, and he is excellent at both of them. At heart, Spot is a 70’s rock song – active, acrobatic and full of love! He is easy to get along with, loves other cats and dogs. He is a little shy meeting new people (he was originally found outside and didn’t appear to have a home) but once he warms up, you will have a best friend for life. He is neutered, up to date on all his shots, litter-trained, and is a world champion purrer(er) and lap cat! Spot's adoption fee is $100 and includes his neuter, current vaccines and a microchip. Spot is seeking an indoor home only. If you are interested in meeting Spot, please submit an adoption application through our website (Adopthope.org) Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit, we do require that adopters have a history of keeping any other pets altered, as indoor pets and kept current on annual vaccines.
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
