Meet Tank

Tank and his siblings Nuggett, Jasper and Gypsy were born on 7/29/24 out in Mower County.  They are a bit shy when they first meet you, but they warm up after they are used to you.  Tank is neutered and current on vet work.  He has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  His adoption fee is $80 to an indoor only home.  You must be 21 to adopt from MCHS and a pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.  To meet Tank or any of our cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application.  We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  Thanks.

Adoption Process
Starts with written Application form which includes questions regarding housing situation (rent/own etc. renters require landlord approval), History of previous or current pets, Vet information, Animal housing information (cats must be indoors, dogs fenced yard etc.). Fees for Cat Adoptions are $50 (or $75 for two) Dogs vary based on breed, size, etc. Average is $125.
