Meet Poppy

Poppy was a stray taken in by a kind citizen in. She is presumed by our vet to be 8+years old.She is a very sweet girl who adores chin scratches, gentle clicking noises, and sweet words being whispered to her, mostly at your bedtime. She will most likely claim a spot in your bed if allowed. She enjoys long cat naps in dark secluded spots, I.e. under beds, in closets, under couches, etc.; however, these characteristics do not discourage her from getting the attention she wants. She is a wise young lady with the perfect balance of seeking attention and wanting alone time. While in foster care, Poppy has been around kittens under 9 months, a yorkie mix (15 pounds, 12 years old), and was briefly around a male cat (around 3 years old). All was tolerated well with no issues to report.  Popy has  heart murmur so is considered special needs.  Adoption donation $50 email: [email protected] for more information.
