Meet Thumbelina! She comes with a unique twist that you can probably guess based on her name --- she has THUMBS! These extra toes classify her as polydactyl and her adorable additions give her an extra edge when it come to snuggling and playing. Thumbelina is a beautiful torbie, roughly around 1 year old. She enjoys wandering around to explore new areas and receiving love from her human friends. You can often hear a little meow from her, letting you know that she is still here and you're not paying enough attention to her. She seems to do okay with other laid back cats but has not been dog tested yet. Thumbelina's adoption fee is $85 and includes her spay, microchip, FeLV test, and current vaccinations. Last Hope requires all animals to be kept as indoor only pets and that adopters have a history of keeping their pets altered and kept current on vaccinations and prevention. If you would like to meet Thumbelina, please fill out an adoption application on our website, adopthope.org
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
