Dexter was found on a busy highway, almost getting hit by a car. His good Samaritan turned into his foster family, where he gets to have fun being a kitten with 3 dogs, and children! Dexter is a typical kitten! Fun, playful, independent and rambunctious. Henis about 4 months old. If you would like take Dexter a part of your family, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org Dexter's adoption fee is $100.
Adoption Process
First, we do ask that an application be filled out on the animal the person is interested in. Once approved, we can set up to meet the animal, which will already be vetted (spayed or neutered, vaccinated, heart worm tested, etc.). The fee for adoption starts at $125. There is a contract that also needs signed at the time of adoption.
