Meet Howard (FCID# 01/07/2025 - 83 Millsboro PS) C
Lap Cat Alert!! What a face! This is Howard. He is a brown and white tabby. He is good around other cats and likes to play and explore. Howard has a non painful luxating patella (kneecap not in place). He walks a little funny and may not be able to jump as high as other cats, but he can jump to your lap to get all the attention you can give him. And who can say no to those beautiful green eyes. Howard is very affectionate and loves to snuggle with his people, but he also likes string toys and exploring his environment. He is also friendly towards other cats. If you are interested in adopting Howard, come visit him at the Millsboro Petsmart or submit an application at https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/. Not ready to adopt? Please consider fostering: https://forgottencats.org/foster-a-cat/. Thank you! (Foster: Trainer)
