Meet NIEVE

MEET NIEVE - Check out my beautiful heterochromic eyes! Check out his video! This gorgeous guy may be part Turkish angora, or at least that's the story he's telling us. :) Nieve, which means snow, has a few favorite things in life: Churu, cardboard scratching pads (see video below!) and, here at the shelter, getting head scratching with a back scratcher. His previous owner says he is a quiet cat, although he's beginning to carry on conversations with us now. Nieve lived with a couple of dogs who stressed him, so we think he'd love to be the only animal in his new home. He also let us know that he'd like his new home to be a quiet one in which his new family would let him settle in at his own pace. Maybe yours?Nieve is currently up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick preventative, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and examined by our vet team. For more information on Nieve or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
