Ahimsa Haven Animal Rescue

Ahimsa Haven was incorporated in 1999 as a nonprofit animal rescue group. Our mission is to find good homes for abused, abandoned, homeless and unwanted domestic animals. I began as a volunteer and recently joined to Board of Directors and the Fundraising Committee. I do this because I love animals and have two rescue dogs myself.

Meet Teresa

Meet Teresa!  She came to us as a stray, with kittens in tow. lShe's friendly and enjoys the company of humans, often seeking attention and affection. Teresa has a nurturing spirit, having cared for her kittens with immense love and patience. Her friendly nature makes her a wonderful companion. Adopting Teresa would mean gaining a loving, attentive, and nurturing friend. She deserves a home filled with love, warmth, and endless cuddles. If you are interested in adopting, please fill put an application online at  ahimsahaven.org . Meet and greets are with an approved application by appointment only.   As always, cats that are ready to be adopted are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate shots, are micro-chipped, dewormed/deflead, and FEL/FIV tested.

Adoption Process
An application is required. Fees vary based on age/type of animal. Meet n' Greet with other dogs in house is required.
