Meet Peaches
We are pleased to introduce her royal highness, Princess Peaches (she of the fluffy tail). Peaches is a gorgeous calico who is approximately 1 year old. She has a medium-fur soft coat and a VERY fluffy tail. Princess Peaches has an absolutely regal personality and still has the energy of a kitten. She loves to run and play but also likes snuggling up on the couch to watch TV. When she's happy, you can hear her purring from a room away. Peaches came from a hoarding situation, so she is very comfortable with other cats and would do well with one or more other friendly cats to play with. Though she hasn't been in the company of dogs, we also suspect that she would warm up to a canine playmate as well. Peaches is getting fixed mid-April and will be available to go to a forever home a few weeks later. Peaches was born around September 12, 2024, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, up-to-date on shots, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.
Adoption Process
Visit our website to fill out an application either on-line or download a form (fill it out and email it back to us). This will start the adoption process.
All applicants must provide references including a vet (please give them permission to speak to us). Note that we do not place our pets in homes with children under 5, this protects the children and our pets.
Once references are checked a home visit will be scheduled and then a meet and greet with the pet.
