Meet Pistachio

Meet Pistachio!  Pistachio was born at the rescue by our mom Nixie when she came to the rescue pregnant. Nixie took amazing care of all 4 of her healthy kittens. Pistachio is currently in a foster home with children and is well socialized. Her foster mom says she is very friendly and so sweet! She is litter box trained. She was born on June 26 and is currently about 8 weeks old. Between the two black kittens, Pistachio is the one with less white on her chest.  The $125.00 adoption fee ( payable by cash or check only ) includes: spay/neuter; vaccinations; microchip; fecal testing w/ giardia, dewormer flea prevention, and FIV/FeLV/heartworm testing.  Our adoption application may be found by going to: www.headinhomerescue.org; then click on the link to the adoption application. Cats for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application.  Please note: while we welcome out of state applications, we do not ship our animals and require adopters to come to Holland to finalize any adoption.
