Papaya is a spayed female cat, probably born in 2022. Her kittens are Costa and Rica. Papaya is a cheerful, athletic little cat. She's very friendly with humans and other cats. She just joined a colony room where there are SO MANY THINGS she needs to explore and check out. She's constantly bustling around, climbing and crawling and digging in corners. Then she'll run over for some pets and attention and then something new catches her attention and WOOSH, she's off and running. She's a bit like a beagle that smells bacon and loses its mind. She is so much fun to play with and watch. If you like busy, active, short-attention-span kitties that will keep you laughing, please come meet Papaya. She's a hoot.
Adoption Process
http://catscradleshelter.org/CCS/how-to-adopt/
An interview with the executive director is done prior to adoption. Not everyone is approved to adopt. Those that are approved have the cat for a 3 week trial period, where they can return cat and get a refund. Beyond that, we always want our cats back if the adoptive household can no longer care for it, but after 3 weeks, the adoption fee is not refunded.
An adoption contract is completed prior to final adoption.
Adoption fees are $118 including tax.
