Meet Ambrosia

Ambrosia (2-3 years old) Ambrosia is a striking-looking tortie cat with mostly black on her face and an orange streak down the center of her nose. In fact, she is overall a mainly black tortie with splashes of orange and buff here and there. She has an amiable personality, and she purrs the moment she sees you. Moreover, there is a calm dignity about Ambrosia that is decidedly low-key and soothing. She has silky, soft fur and loves to be petted. While she is not too fond of her roommates in the shelter right now, perhaps she will settle in and be more accommodating soon. Or, like many tortoiseshell cats, she might have to be the regal one-and-only cat in your household, where she can absorb all the quiet and attentive love from you that she can get. This is a special gal who deserves that kind of one-on-one attention.

Adoption Process

Those that are approved have the cat for a 3 week trial period, where they can return cat and get a refund. Beyond that, we always want our cats back if the adoptive household can no longer care for it, but after 3 weeks, the adoption fee is not refunded. An adoption contract is completed prior to final adoption. Adoption fees are $118 including tax.
