Meet Luna

Luna, Bonnie and Reese all arrived at MCHS on 11/5/24 as an owner surrender.  Luna is about a year old upon arrival.  She is a very sweet kitty who does great with the other cats and the volunteers.  In her previous home, she did live with dogs.  She is now spayed and current on shots.  She has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  Her adoption fee is $80 and a pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.  You must be 21 to adopt from MCHS.  To meet Luna or any of our great cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application.  We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  THANKS.

Adoption Process
Starts with written Application form which includes questions regarding housing situation (rent/own etc. renters require landlord approval), History of previous or current pets, Vet information, Animal housing information (cats must be indoors, dogs fenced yard etc.). Fees for Cat Adoptions are $50 (or $75 for two) Dogs vary based on breed, size, etc. Average is $125.
