Meet Cooper / Kendall

Cooper and Kendall are a precious 14-week-old brother sister duo looking for their forever home together! They are the best of friends and their yin and yang personalities bring out the best in one another. Their love for each other fills every room they enter, and together they truly thrive. Cooper is the social, silly and confident little bro. If there is a human around, there is a 100% chance he is at their feet begging to be picked up, if he hasn’t already figured out a way to climb up their legs or perch on their shoulder. We always joke that if he could figure out how to crawl in my skin and let me wear him around all day every day, he would be perfectly content. He has the best purr motor that revs up anytime he is moving around, and especially if he knows it’s snuggle time. He’s king of the night time snuggles, and proudly takes up his favorite spot in the middle of the bed at night. His confidence and curiosity are infectious and really encourages his softer and quieter sister that the world is exciting to explore. Kendall is sweet, meek, calm and mild mannered. She has made leaps and bounds in the socialization process since landing with her foster 1 month ago, but definitely plays the part of the more skeptical big sister. At the beginning, it took her a bit of time to get used to the whole “having humans around to give me attention all the time” idea, but after seeing her brother Coop soaking up all the good scratches and attention, she decided to give it a try herself. She’s not yet a lap cat, but enjoys sitting right next to her foster, especially if her brother is on the human’s lap. She also really enjoys being scratched on the very top of her head right between her ears. So far she’s only reported good news about the humans she lives with, and she continues to grow more and more confident and comfortable by the day. Cooper and Kendall are pretty typical kittens, enjoying the eat, play, sleep routine they’ve established. During the day while their humans are at work, they can often be found snuggling at the very top of the cat condo, enjoying the warm sunshine and views of outside. The cat condo is Kendall’s happy place, and she really enjoys being able to keep tabs on the entire room, once again falling into her role as big sister. Cooper is more playful and also takes his role as little brother very seriously, luring her down into a good old fashion game of hide and seek or soccer when they’re all rested up. Cooper and Kendall are currently living in a home with 2 resident cats, 1 resident dog, and their 2 other kitten siblings. Cooper is a-okay with all of the action, and gets along stellarly with all of the humans and animals in the house. Because Kendall is the quieter kitten, she enjoys a more calm and peaceful atmosphere, probably preferring a home without young kids or young puppies. Their perfect home would include humans who are around often to give Coop the attention he so loves, while encouraging Kendall to continue to build the confidence that comes with spending lots of time around humans she learns to trust. The opposite energies of Cooper and Kendall are what make them fit so well together. Just like any dynamic duo, their opposites attract and encourage one another in their weaknesses. With the zesty and spunky enthusiasm of Cooper, mixed with the gentle and calm spirit of Kendall, this black panther duo are perfectly prepared to offer their forever home with all that you could ever hope for in a bonded pair. ------There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
