Meet Winona

Winona and her siblings Weezer, Whimsey, Crimson, Celeste and Wally all came to us with 2 moms--Rose and Ida--from the Austin City Pound.  They were found all together in a garage.  Winona was probably born in April, 2024.  She is now spayed and current on shots.  She has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  We are looking for an indoor only home for this super girl.  Her adoption fee is $50 or 2 for $75.  A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption and you must be 21 to adopt from MCHS.  To meet Winona or any of our other cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application.  We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  THANKS.

Adoption Process
Starts with written Application form which includes questions regarding housing situation (rent/own etc. renters require landlord approval), History of previous or current pets, Vet information, Animal housing information (cats must be indoors, dogs fenced yard etc.). Fees for Cat Adoptions are $50 (or $75 for two) Dogs vary based on breed, size, etc. Average is $125.
