Meet Layla

*This animal is a part of our “Seniors for Seniors” program where we offer senior adopters an opportunity to adopt an eligible pet at a discounted fee.* Meet Layla! This sweet and affectionate girl may be a little shy at first, but once you extend a hand, she’ll eagerly come out for some loving pets. Layla has a playful side, often meowing to let you know when she wants access to a specific room. Though she might need some time to adjust to new environments, once she’s comfortable, she loves to explore her surroundings. Layla would thrive in a quiet home without other pets, where she can truly be herself without feeling stressed. She is declawed in the front.  If you’re looking for a calm and loving companion, Layla might be the perfect match! Layla is from an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
