Meet Pablo
Introducing Sir Pablo – Your Loyal, Lap-Loving Gentleman Fostered in St. Paul | Ready to Reign Over Your HeartGreetings, noble humans! I am Sir Pablo, a regal and refined gentleman in search of a loving kingdom to call my own. I may not wear a crown (yet), but once you meet me, you’ll understand—I was born to be adored. When I first arrived in foster care, I was a bit uncertain—life had been confusing and lonely. But with time, love, and a cozy spot to nap, I’ve remembered who I am: a handsome, affectionate, and incredibly loyal companion with a big heart and a soft purr. Here’s what you should know about me: I love people—and once I trust you, I’m all in. Expect kisses, headbutts, lap snuggles, and even the occasional head cuddle (if you’re into that kind of thing). I’m playful and enjoy toy mice and feather wands—especially those fancy automated ones! I have excellent manners. I use my litter box like a pro, and I only scratch where I’m supposed to. I love climbing to the top of my kitty condo and watching the world go by like the thoughtful gentleman I am. Who am I looking for?I’ve loved and lost before. My first human passed away, and my second was away a lot for work—which left me feeling lonely. So now, I’m dreaming of a home where my people are home more often than not—maybe you’re retired, or work from home, or just love being around your cat. I’d do best with respectful kids 8+, and I’m chill with dogs who keep their distance. I haven’t met many cats, but I’d likely be okay with a calm feline friend and a proper introduction.More than anything, I want to be someone’s somebody. I’m not just a cat—I’m a companion, a confidante, and a warm, purring presence on quiet nights. If you have room in your home and heart for a soft-spoken sweetheart with royal vibes and a whole lot of love to give, I’d be honored to meet you. Apply to meet Sir Pablo today!Let’s start our happily-ever-after together.
Adoption Process
Adoption applications must be completed, which include information regarding references and vet clinic information, DL #, names, etc. Reference checks are conducted and when necessary vetting information verified. Discussion about the animal interested in to best assure appropriate and proper placement is made, and educational information regarding how to manage a multi-dog/animal household, slow and proper introductions and the importance of a shut-down period to help the animal acclimate to new surroundings. A "meet and greet" with the animal is required and whenever possible all residents of the household should be present. Home checks may, but not always, be necessary. After adoption applications is approved a contract is required, where we also stipulate that if for any reason the adopter determines they no longer want or can care for the animal we require it be returned to us, with the exception of documented bite history or potentially dangerous or dangerous dog designations. Adoption fees vary, but are comparable to or less than other local rescues and typically are $300 or less for a canine and $150 for a feline.
