*This animal is a part of our “Seniors for Seniors” program where we offer senior adopters an opportunity to adopt an eligible pet at a discounted fee.* Katie and Lulu are the sweetest “sisters.” They are from the same household and were brought to the animal care when their human was hospitalized and couldn’t take care of them anymore. These poor ol’ gals were so confused and scared at the loud shelter and are relieved to now be in a foster home. They are so loving and funny. All about the head butts and belly rubs! Lulu has cataracts and vision issues, so Katie is her seeing-eye buddy. Katie has the best old lady voice (think Patty and Selma from the Simpsons). They are curious and enjoy playing with a variety of toys. They are also chonky and while that makes them look adorably roly-poly, their food intake should be monitored to help them lose some weight. They are both okay with being picked up, are excellent purr-ers and have impeccable litter box habits. If you’re looking for a couple of entertaining, chill, cuddle bugs to share your home with, these are your adorable gals! I would suggest older kids or adults only due to Lulu’s vision concerns. I’m part of a bonded pair, I need to be adopted with my sister Katie. Click here to learn more about her! Lulu is from a local shelter. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
