Pet Haven is Minnesota's oldest animal rescue group. Pet Haven's vision is to be a rewarding place to volunteer, find a quality home for each animal, encourage a community of responsible companion animal guardians, eliminate the community's need to euthanize dogs and cats as a means of population control, and encourage a society where animals become more valued.

Meet Hoban / Darr

Darr and Hoban are two sweet, lovable, cuddly 5-year-old siblings looking for their forever home! These bffs are so friendly. Darr is outgoing, affectionate, and playful; she also loves snuggles! Hoban is a bit more reserved, but he will let you know when he is ready for cuddle time. They’re both chatty and will remind you when it’s time for dinner or more water with their cute meows. Darr and Hoban are very calm, easygoing, independent cats who take life as it comes. They enjoy sunbathing near a window, taking long naps, and playing with catnip toys. When It's time for a snooze, they prefer their private luxury suite under the beds. Darr has asthma and takes her meds daily; her forever people will need to be comfortable with continuing this treatment. They both use their litterbox like champs. These adorable pals currently live in a home with two adults and three toddler children. They are good with cats and gentle, cat-savvy older children, but are unknown with dogs. Their ideal home would be calm and peaceful, with humans who work from home or are around a lot to keep them company. They are super-relaxed but are definitely not shy about letting you know when they need something. These twin-looking sweethearts are so ready to give lots of love and quiet affection to the right family. If you’re ready to double your joy this winter, please consider adding Darr and Hoban to your home and your heart. There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption. Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat?
