Save a Stray

Save a Stray is a new group of old hats. We are determined to enrich the lives of the shelter pets of Mobile through spay/neuter programs, shelter medicine, and training classes. Spay/neuter progams are offered to decrease the number of pets entering our shelters. Shelter medicine will be provided for pets in our shelters so healthier pets are adopted or pulled by rescue groups. We hope to increase pet adoptions and the chances of that pet becoming a family member through training classes with shelter pets and at risk youth groups.

Save a Stray pets are in foster homes.  Please complete an application at www.saveastray.org to make arrangements to meet our pets.      This pet has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, and is on heartworm and flea prevention and has adoption fee of $150.  If you are interested in meeting one or our pets please complete an adoption application at saveastray.org or email [email protected] if you have a question.  Thank you for considering adding a homeless pet to your family.
