He limped right up to our volunteers at our rescue office parking lot. He let us take him in and get him healthy. He has not stopped showing his gratitude ever since. We don't know how this guy was on the streets, he is absolutely one of the sweetest most affectionate cats you will ever meet. He greets volunteers with leg rubs and purrs. He loves to be held and will nuzzle you all night long. He is great with other cats and has even earned the nickname of "Uncle Thor" for taking a shy kitten under his care. You will surely not be disappointed bringing this handsome guy into your life. He did test positive for FIV, probably from his time on the streets, but is completely healthy and is friendly with every cat he meets.  Approximate Birthday: 11/04/2021 Adoption Fee: $ 75.00 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption. Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed. Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Please fill out an application if you'd like to meet this cat. Adoption Process
Those interested in adopting must fill out an online application, we then schedule an initial meeting with them and the animal, followed by a home visit. An adoption contract is required and the adoption fees range from $65 to $250.
