Meet Storm
Meet Storm! She’s a brown-and-white tabby goddess with a coat like spun silk and eyes that glow with quiet strength. Storm isn’t just a cat—she’s a survivor and a living testament to the power of love. Diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), Storm doesn’t let it dim her radiant spirit. With the right care, FIV+ cats like her can thrive for years, filling homes with joy, purrs, and unforgettable moments. Her only flaw? She’s too perfect to stay homeless.Storm isn’t just “sweet”—she’s heart-meltingly devoted. Stroke her fur once, and she’ll erupt into a symphony of purrs, nuzzle your hand, and gaze at you like you’re her entire universe. This gorgeous mama raised her kittens, Logan and Rogue, with fierce love, and now she’s ready to claim her own fairy-tale ending. Imagine her: sunlight dappling her long fur as she naps in your lap, paws kneading the air with bliss, or trailing you around the house like a loyal shadow, chirping for just one more chin scratch. Why Storm will steal your heart: FIV is not a death sentence—it’s a chance to rewrite her story. FIV spreads only through deep bites (rare in loving homes!), and many FIV+ cats live harmoniously with other cats. She just needs a safe, indoor haven and routine vet care. A healer in disguise: Storm’s purrs could calm a hurricane. Bad day? She’ll melt your stress with a head-butt. Lonely? Her steady presence feels like a warm blanket for the soul. But here’s the truth: Storm’s FIV status means some adopters will overlook her. You could be the hero who sees beyond a label to the extraordinary cat beneath—a cat who will love you with every fiber of her being. Her dream home?A quiet, patient adopter who understands that FIV isn’t contagious through cuddles, shared food, or casual play. Someone who’ll cherish her not despite her diagnosis, but because she’s a warrior who deserves a soft place to land.Adopting Storm isn’t just saving a life—it’s gaining a soulmate. She’s spayed, litter-trained, and ready to turn your house into a sanctuary of purrs, biscuits, and unwavering loyalty.Apply today—because every storm eventually gives way to rainbows.
Adoption Process
the first step in our process is an
application. The questions on the application are designed to
determine if the pet would be a good fit in this home. We contact the
applicants veterinarian to verify they have a good history of
previous (or current) pet care. We meet the applicant at Petsmart or
at their home to allow them to interact with the pet they are
interested in adopting. If all goes well the adoption is finalized.
We have an adoption contract, requiring regular vet care, indoor
homes, return to us if it doesnt work out, etc. Our dog adoption fee
is $175, cats range from $80 for older cats to $125 for kittens
